We ship UPS to U.S. Addresses
Customers will be charged all cost of the shipping and insurance.
All Orders are shipped insured for full value at customer’s expense.
We bill the shipping based on information you have given us.
If UPS charges additional due to the fact you are in residential when you said business
or if you are in remote service area, additional charges may be billed to you.
Orders over $500.00 or any N.O.S. part over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery.
We may also, at our discretion, require a signature upon delivery. Fees for this will be charged to customer.
If an item requires special crating or handling, you will be charged for that service.

If your orders arrives damaged, call us immediately. Save all of the shipping carton & parts.
UPS will pick up the damaged parts and return to us. We will ship replacement parts when we receive the damaged ones.
Replacement may not be possible with some N.O.S. or Used Parts.

NO C.O.D
All orders must be prepaid
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover
We only ship to the address which is also the credit card’s billing address.
We accept Money Orders
We will accept checks; however, your order will be held after your check is deposited
a minimum of 10 business days or until bank says funds have been collected before we ship your order.

Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within the State of Florida unless you are tax exempt.
We must have the State of Florida signed Sales Tax Exempt form prior to shipping.

RETURNS:
ONLY ACCEPTED WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

You must notify us within 10 days that you wish to return a part. If we are going to authorize a return,
we will issue a return order number, which you MUST include on your shipping label back to us.
Any part sent to us without the return number on the outside of the package will be refused.
Any part returned MUST have a copy of your invoice. We reserve the right to assess a 20% restocking fee.

No returns on N.O.S., Used, Special Order, Electrical, Books, Manuals, or Tools

Most of the items we stock are Original equipment, N.O.S. (New Old Stock), quality used or rare.
We don’t want these parts traveling all over the country running the risk of being damaged or lost.
We post photos on our web site so you can see what we will be sending to you.
If photos are not on the web site for the item you are ordering, we will email you photos upon request.

Used parts are sold “As Is” Many N.O.S. parts have been on the shelves for a long time.
These parts are the quality GM was producing at the various times during the history of Corvette.
Request an emailed photo if you do not understand an N.O.S. part may be not like a Reproduction part.

If the item you are purchasing has a core charge, you have 30 days to return that core for full credit.

If the part is sold on an exchange basis, then we need to have the core before we can ship to you.

All parts determined to be defective by Werner’s Corvette Parts will be replaced.
We are not responsible for damage to items due to misuse, or improper installation by customer.
We are not responsible for any consequential damage resulting from any cause or for
labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the repair or replacement of any part.

 

WARNING
We will not guarantee that the part we are sending you
will pass any judged show or club.
Unfortunately, Judged shows change their criteria from time to time.
It is your decision and your responsibility to decide
what will meet the demands of the Judge and the Show.
We can provide a photo of the part you are purchasing by email upon request.
